Innovation Lab is an innovation, learning, and brainstorming space for non-profit organizations or civil society organizations (CSOs) with the goal of creating financially resilient organizations through impactful social enterprises - as one of the many strategies to generate income - through a series of incubation programs.

Pelaksanaan Program

1. Registration
15 July - 9 August 2024
CSOs/NGOs with businesses: You are invited to apply for the opportunity to receive mentoring and development in business. No later than: day.
2. Pre Event
20 July 2024
CSOs/NGOs that are registered will participate in a one-day business sprint concept during the Pre-Event Innovation Lab session where they will also receive detailed information about the Innovation Lab.
3. Masterclass
August - September 2024
The selected CSOs/NGOs will participate in Masterclass sessions on various sectors. The masterclass sessions are a series of workshops to build capacity and skills needed by learning new topics and tools led by five expert tutors.
4. Mentoring & Sync Session
August - October 2024
Selected CSOs/NGOs will participate in a Mentoring and Sync Session. During Mentoring session, they will receive online and offline mentoring from eight expert entrepreneurs (facilitators) who are skilled in business establishment. The facilitators will provide customized assistance to each participant. The Sync Session will be a space for participants to casually chat and share their progress, challenges, and opportunities.
5. Pitching Day
15 October 2024
CSOs/NGOs will have the opportunity to participate in a Pitching Day session where they can present their business ideas online and receive feedback from judges.
6. M-Week
October - November 2024
In this session CSOs/NGOs had the opportunity to discuss with mentors from creative agencies in developing and strengthening their branding and marketing strategies, as part of the Demo Day preparation.
7. Demo Day
November 2024
CSOs/NGOs with validated prototypes can showcase them to potential stakeholders, donors, and investors.

Criteria

NGOs/CSOs have just established a business (early stage)
NGOs/CSOs with any background and social issues can apply.
NGOs/CSOs who have allocated a budget as venture capital.
Team should be consisted of 2-3 people with at least one business development member included

Mentor in Bussiness

FAQ

Innovation lab is a special Business Incubation for Non Governmental Organization (NGO) or Civil Society Organization (CSO). This is part of the effort to encourage diversification of CSO funding that supports organizational sustainability, through the development of business units that have value alignment with the vision of the organization itself.

The program will be implemented for 4 months (End of August - November 2024).

This program will be conducted online and offline. Participants are expected to physically attend three sessions, namely two sessions at the Masterclass which will be held in September-October, and one session at Demo Day which will be held in November. Apart from these dates, the program will be held virtually (online).

CSO friends from various fields and focuses are welcome to apply!

We are currently not accepting participants who are still in the idea stage. Participants are expected to be in the early stages of business establishment.

Re.Search team can provide support for accommodation and transportation costs to selected qualified participants. Please register first and contact us at innovationlab@re-search.id!

Unfortunately Innovation Lab is not yet able to accept individual participants. We prefer friends from civil society organizations who have teams of 2-3 people! Check "Criteria" for more details
